Accurate and meaningful Congressional Research Service* reporting for representatives and their constituents:

-   Information on key issues facing our government, economy, and society

-   Baseline, high level guidelines for solutions to those issues

-   Methods for measuring those solutions

-   Periodic reporting on the results of those measurements

* The Congressional Research Service is a public policy research institute of the United States Congress. Operating within the Library of Congress, it works primarily and directly for members of Congress and their committees and staff on a confidential, nonpartisan basis. It is referred to as America's think tank. The Informed Citizens Commission Act would expand the Congressional Research Service responsibilities to include responding to Informed Citizens Commission public requirements as outlined above.
